Author Guidelines

The following instructions should be considered before paper submitting.

Format

Language –British English.

Whole Manuscript word limit 7500 words (excluding references)

Font – Times New Roman (12)

Abstract Word Limit – 750words

Title: Maximum 50 words, Capital Letters, Bold, Times New Roman (14)

References style (Vancouver)

Manuscripts should be typed on one side of the paper and in 1-column format with 0 line Spacing.

Title:

The title page should contain an appropriate title maximum of 30 words, capital letters, bold, times new roman (14).

Authorship:

Author(s) full name(s), address of the Institute(s)/Organization(s) corresponding author address with e-mail.

Abstract and keywords:

Prepared in British English language.

Maximum 750 words for case reports and letters to editors.

Should contain the introduction, methods, results, conclusion, and keywords.

Keywords are limited to 3-5, which can be used for indexing services. Separated each keyword with a comma (,).

Tables and figures:

All tables must be generated using the table function in Microsoft word. All tables and graphic figures must be placed at the appropriate locations in the paper.

Acknowledgements:

Should be made only for scientific, financial, and technical assistance and not for routine departmental and typing/secretarial assistance.

Conflict of interest:

Authors are required to disclose all relationships or interests in relation to their work. All submitted manuscripts must include a ‘Conflict of Interest’ section at the end of the manuscript listing all financial and non-financial conflicts of interest. Where authors have no conflict of interest, the statement should read “The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest.”

Publication ethics

The editorial board will observe publishing misconduct such as duplicate publication, plagiarism, false, or fabricated (data, images, and figures). Changes in authorship, unexplained conflict of interest, ethical issues with a submitted manuscript. If a manuscript faces suspected cases of research or publication misconduct, recommendations from the “Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE)” will be followed.

References:

Reference style should follow Vancouver style.

We encourage authors to use Mendeley software for better reference management. In-text citation should include the number of references between Square Brackets [1].

Journal Policy on retracting a published paper:

The Editor in chief will consider retracting a paper in the following situations:

There is clear evidence that the findings are unreliable, resulting from misconduct such as data fabrication, miscalculation, and experimental error.

The findings have previously been published elsewhere without proper cross-referencing, permission, or justification.

The paper constitutes plagiarism.

The paper reports unethical research.

Personal data protection notice.

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

Plagiarism policy:

All submitted papers will be checked for Plagiarism based on the Turnitin software before sending the manuscript to reviewers. A paper should less than 20% in similarity

Digital archiving policy:

All published papers will be submitted and archived in the Academic International Publishers as well as each article will got doi from Crossref.

Copyright notice:

The authors retain the full copyright of their published article.

Academic International Publishers apply the Creative Commons Attribution that is shown in the copyright agreement.

Peer review policy:

All submitted papers will be reviewed by an editor first and if it is suitable to journal scope and aim, the manuscript will be sent to at least two independent reviewers for evaluation and feedback on the submitted manuscript.

Miscellaneous:

The author will be charged with the following expenses:

The submission fee is 150.00US$ for an accepted article.

Revising English when the editorial board regards it necessary.

Type setting and printing of the portion of the text exceeding the length.

The author will get an e-mail from the publisher office.
